You need a valid two-wheeler license (DL category) issued in India. An international license is also acceptable if you're a visitor. We'll verify your license details during the booking process.

We provide 1 liter of petrol with every bike at the time of delivery. After that, fuel expenses are to be covered by the customer.

Late returns are charged at the hourly rate. If you think you'll be late, please contact us as soon as possible. For returns beyond 1 hour late, the daily rate will apply. Please plan accordingly and reach out to our support team for extensions.

We provide delivery and pickup services across Kolkata. Service areas include South Kolkata, Central Kolkata, North Kolkata, and East Kolkata. You can specify your exact location during booking, and we'll confirm if it's within our service area.

You'll need to provide a valid driving license and one form of ID (Aadhar, PAN, or Passport). We use this information to verify your identity and process your security deposit. All documents are handled securely and confidentially.

Delivery charges vary based on your location within Kolkata. Generally, delivery is ₹100-300 depending on distance. The exact charge will be calculated and shown during the booking process before you confirm your order.

All our vehicles undergo regular maintenance. In case of any mechanical issues, contact our support team immediately. We'll send a replacement vehicle or arrange for your safe return. There's no extra charge for vehicle-related breakdowns.
